Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and trademark LED glow sticks.

All of our classes are only £7 per session, however, with an RW FITNESS Membership (only £45 per month) you will have UNLIMITED access to all classes with priority booking. Not only that, but with your membership comes full access to all of our online resources, including on-demand class videos, live streaming and recipe tutorials.
